What are the fees?

Fees are determined by services

60 minute session - $150

45 minute session - $110

Evaluation/Diagnosis - $180  

 

Do you take my insurance?

You may be able to use out-of-network benefits for our services.  We are able to provide a SuperBill if you decide to work out-of-network.

 

Currently, we are In Network with:

• Cigna

• Carefirst/Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Aetna  

• United Health Care

We can not guarantee network status, eligibility, or out-of-pocket expenses such as co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles for your insurance plan.  We recommend calling your provider and checking your benefits prior to starting services.  You may want to ask the following questions:

• Are mental health services covered?

• Are there CPT code or diagnosis exceptions?

• What is my co-pay or co-insurance for these services?

• Is telehealth for mental health services covered?

• Do I have a deductible?  How much of that have I met this plan year?
